2.640<\/strong> destined for artisanal fishermen who are registered with the \"seguro-defeso\" and are facing an emergency situation due to the drought in the region. <strong>municipalities in the Northern Region<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Even if the fisherman is in receipt of other aid or social security benefits, he will be entitled to this financial assistance, which will be paid in a single installment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This is a measure regulated by the <strong>Ministries of Fisheries and Aquaculture and Social Security.<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In this way, they will be responsible for defining the procedures necessary to guarantee the payment of this aid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The initiative is expected to benefit professional artisanal fishermen in 94 municipalities in the region mentioned in the provisional measure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"crise-no-amazonas\"><strong>Crisis in Amazonas<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The federal government has already allocated <strong>amount of R$ 627 million<\/strong> to deal with the water crisis in Amazonas, excluding benefits such as fishing insurance, fishermen's aid and other emergency aid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The lack of prolonged rainfall has already put several communities in a delicate situation due to supply difficulties.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"como-sera-feito-o-pagamento\"><strong>How will payment be made?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For fishermen who have a current or individual savings account with CAIXA, with a balance and transactions, the benefit will be deposited directly into the account.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This way, you can use the money you receive via your account card, <strong>by <a href=\"https:\/\/play.google.com\/store\/apps\/details?id=br.com.gabba.Caixa&hl=en_US\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">CAIXA application<\/a> or CAIXA Internet Banking<\/strong>on the computer. For this group, the account card was issued and sent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For those who don't have a CAIXA account, a Digital Social Savings Account will be opened automatically and free of charge.
