Announcements

The Single Registry was created by the Federal Government in 2001 and is a type of information center.

It is used by the government to understand who low-income families in Brazil are and how they live, especially those in situations of poverty and extreme poverty.

The Single Registry, or CadÚnico, is the ID card for low-income families in Brazil.

It is an information center used by the government to understand who these families are and how they live.

Basically, it is the passport to enter social programs such as Bolsa Família, Minha Casa, Minha Vida, Electricity Social Tariff Program and other benefits.

If you want to have access to these programs, you need to be on CadÚnico. It's like the gateway to various opportunities that help those who need it most.

Who can register for the Single Registry?

Low-income families with a monthly income of up to half the minimum wage per person can register for the Single Registry.

Furthermore, families with a total income of up to three minimum wages can register.

Even those with an income above three minimum wages can participate, as long as the registration is related to inclusion in social programs at all levels of government.

People who live alone or are homeless also have the right to register.

What are the benefits of CadÚnico?

Take a look at the benefits it provides in different programs:

1. Bolsa Família: Financial assistance for low-income families.

2. My Home My Life: Opportunity to purchase your own home with easy conditions.

3. Electricity Social Tariff Program: Discounts on the electricity bill for those who are registered.

4. Social Water Tariff: Special benefits on water tariffs for registered users.

5. Exemption from Fees in Public Tenders: CadÚnico candidates can count on exemption from fees for competitions.

6. Young ID: Document that guarantees benefits to low-income young people.

7. Elderly Card: Facilities and discounts for seniors.

These are just some of the benefits that the Single Registry offers, providing support and opportunities for those who need it most.

Despite being created by the Federal Government, the Single Registry (CadÚnico) is managed and updated by city halls.

So, the registration process can be carried out in person at a service center in your city, and best of all: for free!

Just look for a nearest Social Assistance Reference Center (Cras).

To register, you need to be prepared with some documents. The person responsible for the family must present a document with a photo, such as an identity card.

In addition, it is necessary to bring the CPF or Voter ID, proof of residence and the documents of all people who live in the same house.

Don't forget to take everyone's CPFs. All people who share the same address and income must be registered.

Therefore, it is an important process to ensure that all information is up to date and correct.
